Have we all seen ModelMayhem yet? It is a social networking site for models. As in, you need to have pro shots made to join, you can friend each-other, and timfogartyfeed tells me models he meets tell him they get actual bookings from the site

I could tell you stories. While the site itself is basically legit and has been around for many, many years, many people on both sides of the camera have services other than modeling in mind, and a lot of my model friends over the years have shown up at a shoot arranged through the site only to be scammed out of the fee they thought they were getting. And I know a few photographers who went through a whole shoot with a model, only to have her demand money for the privilege of photographing her (this was not agreed upon in advance) There are a lot of people who refuse to have anything to do with the site.
